PRIVACY NOTICE
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This notice explains how Seal Interactive Co., Ltd. (“Seal Interactive”, “we”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit sealinteractive.com, contact us, or apply to join Seal Creator Lab™. It is provided under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) — the PDPA.
In short
- We collect only what you send us — through the contact form, a creator application, or direct contact.
- Analytics and advertising cookies run only once they are accepted through the consent banner — by pressing Accept, or automatically if no choice is made within 15 seconds. Declining never affects the site, and you can change your choice at any time.
- We never sell personal data and never share it for anyone else's marketing.
- Questions or requests about your data: contact@sealinteractive.com.
Who we are
Seal Interactive Co., Ltd. (“Seal Interactive”, “we”) is a digital agency registered in Thailand. Our office is at 399/1 Sukhumvit 50 Aly, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10260, and we operate this website, sealinteractive.com.
For the personal data described in this notice, Seal Interactive is the data controller under the PDPA — the company that decides why and how personal data is processed. Every question and request in this notice reaches us at contact@sealinteractive.com or 085 542 8954.
What this notice covers
This notice covers personal data we handle when you browse this website, send us an enquiry — through the contact form, by email, or by phone — or apply to join Seal Creator Lab™.
Work we deliver to clients under a service agreement is governed by that agreement and any data processing terms in it, not by this notice. Where this site links out to external services (for example Google Maps), those services have privacy policies of their own.
Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact form — your name, email, and message (required), plus your company, monthly media budget and any files you choose to attach.
- Creator applications — covered in the next section, Seal Creator Lab™.
- Direct contact — whatever you include when you email or call us.
- Technical data — our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. Our spam filter checks each submission's timing and a hidden trap field that only bots fill in, runs an invisible bot check in the browser (Vercel BotID and Cloudflare Turnstile — they read browser and network signals at that moment and set no cookies), and counts submissions per IP address for about 10 minutes — in server memory only, never in a database.
- Cookie data — only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies; see the cookies and tracking section below.
This website has no account system, and we never buy personal data from third parties.
Seal Creator Lab™ — creator applications
When you apply to join Seal Creator Lab™ — through the application channels we provide, or by contacting us directly — we ask for the information we need to evaluate you as a creator and propose you for campaigns. Depending on the application, that can include:
- Identity and contact details — your name, email, phone, or other channels you give us, and your age where a campaign requires it;
- Social media profiles — the platforms you are active on, your usernames, and profile links;
- Audience and performance data — follower counts, engagement statistics, and audience demographics you share with us;
- Portfolio — samples of past work, brands you have worked with, content categories, and your rate expectations;
- Anything else you choose to include in your application, including any files you attach.
We use this information to review applications, contact you about opportunities, and match creators with client campaigns. To propose you for a campaign, we share the relevant parts of your profile — public profiles, statistics, work samples — with the client concerned; we share what the proposal needs, not your application as a whole.
Your application and profile stay in our creator pool so we can offer you future campaigns — see “How long we keep data”. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time. If we contract with you, the further data an engagement needs (for example payment and tax details) is collected under that contract. If you are under 20 years old, apply only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Purposes and legal bases
The PDPA requires a lawful basis for every use of personal data. Ours are (PDPA Section 24):
Where consent is the basis, we ask for it clearly and separately, and you can withdraw it at any time — without affecting processing already carried out, and without affecting your use of the site.
If you choose not to provide data
Providing personal data through this website is voluntary — no law or contract obliges you to use our forms. Required fields are the minimum we need to answer an enquiry or review an application; without them, we cannot respond or consider you. You can always contact us by email or phone instead.
Sensitive data and minors
Nothing on this site asks for sensitive personal data — such as race, religion, health information, disability, or biometric data. Please do not include any in a message or application; if we receive sensitive data we did not request, we delete it without processing it further.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20 without parental or guardian consent — if you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Where data is stored
The service providers above — and, when you accept cookies, the analytics and advertising platforms — store data on servers that may be located outside Thailand, primarily in the United States. We transfer only what each provider needs to do its job, under data processing agreements that commit them to appropriate safeguards, in line with the PDPA's rules on sending personal data abroad.
How long we keep data
When a retention period ends, we delete the data or strip it of anything that identifies you.
How we protect data
All traffic to this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Personal data is accessible only to the people at Seal Interactive who need it for the purposes in this notice, and it is held with established international providers that maintain recognised security standards. We also collect deliberately little — the safest data is data we never hold.
No online transmission or storage is completely secure. If an incident affecting your personal data occurs, we will act as the PDPA requires, including notifying the authorities and the affected people where the law calls for it.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have these rights over your personal data:
- Access — ask whether we hold your data, get a copy, and learn how we obtained data you did not give us directly;
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- Deletion — have your data deleted, destroyed, or anonymised;
- Restriction — have the use of your data suspended;
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Portability — receive data you provided in a machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller where technically possible;
- Withdrawal of consent — where processing rests on consent, withdraw it at any time;
- Complaint — complain to Thailand's data protection authority if you believe we have breached the PDPA.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@sealinteractive.com. We may ask you to verify your identity, we do not charge for these requests, and we respond within 30 days.
Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee — pdpc.or.th →Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, our services, or the law change. The date at the top is always the date of the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
This notice is published in English and Thai. If the two versions ever differ, the Thai version prevails.
